
It's been 2 weeks since my last Loser Monday post...last week had no change one way or the other...this past week...1/2 pound lost. We've still been going to the gym 3 days a week and walking 3 days a week...I'm feeling great and I think that is the best side effect of this whole challenge...it's made me much more aware of what I eat and how much I eat...and my clothes are fitting better now...YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good girl on the walking and the gym. Your doing great. You'll be so healthy you wont know what to do with yourself.
