I had a brain freeze when I published...I should have done them in reverse order. So if you want to know how the Fons & Porter Binding Tool works you'll have to go to the 3rd post and read backwards. Sorry everyone.
I forgot to add that whn Pixel had his tummy surgery the idiots made a running stitch seam. One solid line. Being a small cat he could get away better than a dog and picked the closet to sleep. I check that boy every 15 minutes to make sure he was sleeping and NOT licking. Then I took a 5 minute shower one day and he pulled the WHOLE thing out except for maybe an inch! On day 5. Luckily 7 days is the absolute cut off. They took out the last few and he healed perfectly, but the doc said the animals are very smart about getting those things out. I bought the cone but couldn't use it. SO I know of what you speak...stay strong!
Great tutorial!
ReplyDeleteNow, if you want to send that quilt to me I'll be happy to sew down the binding for you. ;-)
Bear in mind that it might take me a very long time. teehee
Thanks for the tutorial! I'll have to come back and use it when I get another binding on. I will be just a little while.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, that quilt looks great!
