We headed out the door this morning at about 6:45 to walk the dogs...and this incredible moon was in the sky. It was huge, bright, reflecting on the pond behind our house
and seemed to be falling out of the sky really fast. I made Andy wait with the dogs and I ran in the house to get the camera...the boys were not thrilled with my taking this photo op
...I couldn't help myself. I took the pictures, took the camera back in the house and we started up the street...only about 5 minutes had passed and the moon was almost gone...it was truly amazing.

I saw that moon when I went to bed at 4am, lol!!!
ReplyDeleteWe saw it this morning too. It was HUGE and VERY beautiful. I told my hubby about it when i got home from taking my oldest to school.

ReplyDeleteThat is SO FUNNNY - hubby and I were out last night, and marveling at the HUGE full moon! So pretty!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, we saw that moon last night when we were out with the kids. They loved it. It was enormous! My oldest asked if it was falling out of the sky. LOL

Yup, those dogs are just like my kids - they don't like waiting for pictures!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI think I saw that same moon last night Carol! Couldn't sleep so checking on the moon was what I did! It's always nice to know it's there! How does next Thursday sound to you? Perkins at the end of the 429 in Apopka? 9:00am? I'm good with any place, so just let me know if you want to be closer to home and where.
