Half a Herd Plus 1

I worked on the dog blocks while Andy was in Utah the last couple of days so I wanted to show him the blocks that were done...half of the ones I need for the whole quilt. Got them all laid out on the floor and Zack decided he needed to put his seal of approval on them. He says they're OK!

Nine more blocks and I can start putting it together...it really is a fun one!

What a great picture!! Zack is such a cutie, well of course so is Howie--don't want to leave any one out lol!! Those blocks are just so cute! And I love the colors you're using. I'm thinking you need to make two so you can keep one, I mean look how much Zack loves it :)

Your doggie was just being the welcoming committee for the new doggie blocks. How friendly of him. Love the blocks.

Well I am thinking Zack said ok instead of great because he is thinking if they looked exactly like him they would be GREAT, he knows he is great so well....
... for me however I think they are great :O)...

and well I think Zack deep down thinks they are great as well, but well he just thinks if they were a little bigger, a litte more three dimensional ..a little more of a off white creamy color and well if they could move for playing ya know ... then yep they would be great in his eyes too LOL LOL...

I think Zack is tired of the attention those other dogs are getting. What a cutie! And the blocks are wonderful too.

This is my first comment on your blog and I just have to say that I love it! Your dog blocks are so cute, I'll have to give it a try. Buggy Barn Patterns are so much fun. We have three labs so it would be very appropriate. Thanks for the inspiration!

Love your quilt in the works. And I saw Linda at market and the two quilts you made. Love them!! She is sooo nice. And we bought her new book too.

LOL...and here I thought cats were the only ones that felt the need to sit of every piece of fabric within reach. I think they can sniff your touch on the fabric and that is why they want to lay on it. The blocks look so cute.

I have been watching your "dog days" with laughter. I can just see you'll walking all of these dogs. I am sure the neighbors are curious and laughing at the same time, lol. And I love your doggy quilt!
