It's Pretzel Time Again

Things were humming in my kitchen today. Two of my neighbors are giving a baby shower tomorrow for anothr neighbor down the street, the baby's a girl. They all loved the mix, which I renamed Santa's White Christmas back in December, so I made a batch of that with pink and white M&M's...are you wondering how I got pink and white M&M's...well, I didn't go to the M&M store...I bought bags of the Valentine M&M's and took out all the red ones...we ended up with light pink, hot pink and white...perfect! Then I spent the rest of the afternoon making pretzels...pink chocolate, white chocolate and sprinkles.

Now you know I couldn't have done all this in the kitchen today without the help from my boys Now you may think that they are resting, but they really are helping because they aren't under my feet. Howie's usually right under my feet hoping for something to fall.

Now I know I told you I'd post pictures of my California goodies...I just ran out of time today...I promise I'll do it tomorrow. Have a wonderful evening everyone.

Your boys are just so glad to have you home they are staying out of your way! and we all know how hard that is, Dakota is the vacuum at our house when I am cooking, like you say the minute he notices something is falling he is there to get it right up off the floor LOL...

Love the Pink Pretzel sticks! You just dip pretzel stick in melted chocolate and sprinkle them ...have to remember that, great baby shower goody!

Don't the boys look so sad they mom won't let them in the kitchen to get under her feet while she is trying to cook. Those pretzels look yummy and very festival. Great idea with the M&M's.

Hey those are some cute pretzel sticks there!! They are so dang adorable. I'll be using that color combo for the baby shower I'm helping with. Very cute!!! Everyone just loves those things. I could go for a few right now.
The boys look so content. Ms. Madeline would be running thru here like a mad woman. Oh wait, you've already seen that one. LOL!!

The pretzels looks great. But what happened to the red M&Ms? LOL

Cute puppies! Dogs are the best!

Did you eat all the red M&Ms? I sure would have--just to make sure they didn't get mixed back up, of course. That's me--always making sacrifices for the greater good!

Ah - I can see California any day of the week . . . but Howie and Zack - that's whole different story *s*

Howie sounds like Molly - waiting for something to fall. She is affectionately known as 'hoover'!
Those pretzels look very yummy.

Look at those pretzels! They're so pretty in pink!
The boys are sooooooooo cute! And, they're being so very good, too. My girls think they are 'chefs' - they always have to be in the kitchen (around my feet, mind you) when I'm cooking!
