Half Way

I power sewed this afternoon and got half of this baby quilt done...the fabric is by MODA and Mary E..."Friends and ?" how pitiful is that? I can't remember the name. This was a kit I got from the Country Threads booth last April at the quilt show in Chicago...Sharon showed the kit on her blog a week or so ago...we both bought one...mine aged almost a year...it's really fun to do and this is happy, happy fabric. I hope to get to sew a good bit tomorrow...maybe I can finish...I'd be a very happy girl!

Hi, there. I don't sew, but we people who have the same blog format have to stick together, eh?

have been wanting to try a tumblers...just right after I run out of fabric for the hexagons!

Love the fabrics in the tumbler quilt. I'm counting the days until the Chicago show...I'm running away from home to take one class and spend the weekend shopping and stitching with no wee ones or woofs for 72 hours.

Can't wait to see the finished quilt.

Who's the lucky baby?! You have been quite a power quilter these days. I made my Boxy Star binding...heading up to try and get it stitched to quilt so I can hand stitch during Amazing Race!

What a sweet quilt! I bought a 1 3/4 inch template to make one similar. I thought I would be efficient with scraps and cut it out as I accumulated the scrap, but I've fallen behind! lol Love the pattern!
