Le Petite
Well, I really didn't think I'd be back so soon, but I finished the first project for Le Petite today...Paganini by Carrie Nelson of Miss Rosie's Quilt Company......this one was so much fun to do. There are 4 versions in this pattern and I picked number 4 except Carrie has a wonderful scallop on her's...I'm a big scaredy cat and I was afraid to do it...so here's my simplified version...it's going to Hampton and Camden for their kitchen table...I used Punctuation fabric by MODA and American Jane...they'll have fun with all the letters and colors.

Oh so very, very cute! Hampton & Camden will enjoy it.
It's a beauty and Dawn from Linen Closet Quilts posted a tutorial for scallops today. I have mine on the frame and plan to quilt it and then do my scallops.
Love your version of Paganini...I finally got my outer border fabric for the scallops...a little nervous to do them though!
Lovely! I hope to brave scallops someday as well. A Schnibble would be a good time to try one. Hampton and Camden will love it!
So many fun trips and activities going on your way. Looks like Le Petite is starting off well!
That is just darling - I'm scared of scallops too, lol, can't blame you for that!
I've been working on mine as well using 'Cotton Blossoms' AND I'm thinking I may try the scalloped edges. They're so pretty! Yours turned out FAB!!
The design has a dimensional look to it. I like it.
Oh how cute. My favorite in that line is the punctuation stripes! In fact I used that for the lining in my bags I made today!
It's lovely and I'm sure your grandkids will love it.
so cute, I love the border fabric alot!
whose fabric is that????
oh the children are going to love this on their table.
I love Punctuation. How cute for your grandkids. I have a baby quilt top I haven't finished because I want it to have scallops but have not dared do it yet.
that's a great pattern, I'll need to get it to add to my Schnibbles pattern 'collection'!
I love how your Paganini turned out! I doubt I get one made this month...too many other projects going on. And I need to get the pattern!
Oh, perfect for a kitchen table. Great job!
I am a scaredy cat too. I haven't done my scallop border either! But yours looks beautiful with the straight borders:)
I didn't like the scallop edges but you've mentioned 4 different versions & seeing yours - I might have to put this one on my list.
That is adorable! What a perfect line for their ages--they'll love it!
What a darling quilt. :) Love your colors.
Very sweet! Perfect for a little table. Have a great night!
this is adorable! Really like the straight borders- the fabric is so wonderful. I'm doing scallops- gulp! Well, at least I think I am!

I love these little quilts.
Great quilt! Love the fabrics. I think scallops would be OK, especially if you use bias binding. Or you could try rounded corner edges. I did that with one of my quilts by using a saucer (after it was quilted). Easy peasy and a little different looking. I'm waiting on the pattern and then hoping to get mine done to join Le Petite.
How cute is that? You did a great job! And, what a perfect table topper for the grandkids! Love it Carol!
Very cute!
I am afraid of scalloping too. I've done it once but still afraid. Very cute!
