Civil War Miniatures

I've been sewing...here are the first 4 blocks of the BOM from Temecula Quilt Company...Civil War Miniatures...
These 4 inch blocks are really fun to do...I saw this quilt when I was at Temecula Quilt Company back in January...Sheryl had finished piecing it but it wasn't quilted yet...I fell in love with it the second she laid it on the bed...the sashing is out of this world...Thank you so much Sheryl for another amazing quilt!

I haven't just been sewing...I've been sorting, and destashing...check out brownquiltsandmore.blogspot.com for some treasures that need a new home.

Such cute little blocks. I'm glad you are making this so I can enjoy it vicariously! : )
My goodness, you are cleaning out a LOT of stuff! Can't imagine what you have left. Of course, I am basing that off of my stash, and I know mine is small compared to many!

Hi Carol, bet you thought I fell off the face of the earth, LOL. It has been a hard winter for me, but I'm trying hard to get back to 100%...well, 90 would be good to, *wink*. I just saw your post and see that yet once again, I was literally a "day late and a dollar short" to get in on your great destashing sale, **sigh**... ah well, I was going to stop by and say hello anyway and that is how I happened into your blog today. You have been in my thoughts, hoping all is well, sounds like it is. All the same, you are always in my prayers and of course, never farther away than a click of the mouse. Sending big Hugs and warm thoughts...Nancy
