- After teaching for 24 years and then fulfilling my dream of having a quilt shop, I retired the end of August 2007. Having the shop for almost 8 years was wonderful...I had a great time, met lots of people that I am happy to call friends, but the time came to retire. Andy retired in April, so the time was right. I'm loving spending time with him and getting to go see my 2 grandsons, granddaughter, son and daughter-in-law whenever I want. And I get to SEW!

I don't think our blogs will go away, I just think we will lose some followers if they only follow using Google Reader.
Hopefully, everyone will find some way find us(Bloglovin', Feedly, etc).
I've had Bloglovin for awhile and have mixed feelings but do think it is getting better. I too, just CLAIMED it for blogging purposes. I had no idea you had to claim it...I have to wonder is it a gimmick?
oh, all these changes. I don't like them.
I just follow the blogs I can by email. It is simple, easy and I don't have to wonder about the different readers. I really appreciate those blogs that offer this option! Thanks!
I've been on bloglovin for awhile now. I really like it. All my blogs are in one area now. Plus I can take time for ever how long I want to read them , instead of having so many emails to go thru.
