The Boys are Pooped

We're home from St.Louis...It was a quick and great trip. The wedding was really nice...and the reception was great...it was a very fun reception...the bride and groom had a blast...and their parents really enjoyed the evening. Good times! We picked up the boys...Susan said they all had so much fun. Running and playing constantly...here's what they've done since we got home at 1:00...it's now 8:00...they did get up to eat their dinner...but not for another thing. They are pooped!

The 9 patch blocks have arrived safe and sound. Tomorrow will be spent setting the blocks into rows and hopefully by dusk I will have a finished top.

Your generosity of time, talent and fabric is greatly appreciated.

THANK YOU!!!!!

hugs!

Welcome home and speaking from personal experience, I always feel really good when the crew is exhausted. Its healthy for 'em!Beat up from adventures is really really bonus for the dogs!

I just notice you're an excellent dog person with solid Animal Husbandry skills. Right on. I dig that. Poor household dog management makes my head spin!

Look at those exhausted pups! I'm so glad all of you had a great time! Aren't they cute when they sleep? Mine are all piled together on the couch right now, and it's totally blissfully quiet around here!

Your big guys know how to relax after a good play, they do look pooped out...I know the feeling! Today, I intend to lay around the same as they are. Tom will have to step over me, I'm not moving.

That's exactly what Chesty does when we pick him up after a trip. It usually takes him at least a couple days to recover.
