Just had to share Howie and Zack, my two 90 pound labs, birthday cake. They turned 4 today.
I just e-mailed this picture to my son, he sent a note back immediately saying he thought I was way over the top with these dogs. I have no idea what he may be talking about :)

Life is better with a lab.....Nothing loves you like a lab does. I have a 'sorta' lab. I'll have to post an updated picture.

Hi, Happy birthday Howie and Zack. As I type this posting I have 4 dogs at my feet. Two are black labs. 1 is mine the other is my neighbors. The other 2 dogs are also mine. We have a gate in the fence and it is always open so all 4 dogs can play.
I'm not sure what your son could possibly mean. In what way is that photo over the top? If anything, you were restrained and understated, I think they should each have had a cake!
What can be better than spoiling a pet??

Looks like a perfectly normal dog event to me! My two always get their own soft taco when we go to Tac Bell :)

Oh they are such sweeties! I love labs they are so gentle. Our Bullvye will be 4 Oct. 1, but he is not quite so big, only 78#. We really try to watch his weight.
